Dentsu Australia is seeking a Director (AI Engineering) to lead AI-driven product development and establish standards, architecture patterns and guardrails for scalable AI systems. You will own multiple products, guiding delivery across teams in a hybrid setup in Sydney or Melbourne.

The role requires hands-on engineering leadership, a robust software and cloud foundation, and the ability to translate AI advances into business outcomes while influencing stakeholders and shaping the 2027 AI
