We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Sydney.

You'll work across different areas of the business, supporting sales and marketing campaigns, coordinating projects and helping our teams connect with new and existing clients. You'll be working with different people, getting involved in a range of activities and learning how sales and marketing come together to help a business grow.

The Role

As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll help bring sales and marketing initiatives to life across different business divisions.

Working closely with our management and business teams, you'll support campaigns, client engagement activities, promotional initiatives and business development opportunities.

This is a varied, hands‑on position where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute ideas and take ownership of your work.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist with planning and coordinating sales and marketing campaigns across different business divisions.

- Support sales teams with lead generation activities, promotions and business development initiatives.

- Help coordinate client engagement campaigns, referral initiatives and promotional activities.

- Prepare sales presentations, brochures, proposals and other marketing materials.

- Assist with organising client events, networking functions, webinars and business activities.

- Coordinate client communications,



newsletters, invitations and campaign announcements.

- Work with internal teams to understand their sales and marketing priorities.

- Maintain CRM records, client databases and campaign information.

- Liaise with external suppliers, marketing agencies and business partners.

- Assist with social media, website updates and other marketing communications when required.

- Monitor campaign activities, track results and prepare progress updates.

- Provide day-to-day sales and marketing coordination support across the business.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service or administration would be an advantage, but is not essential. Qualifications in business, marketing or communications are welcome, but we're equally interested in candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude.
