TANDOORI CHEF WANTED - BUSY INDIAN RESTAURANT We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tandoori Chef to join our busy Indian restaurant, located just 10 minutes by bus from Sydney CBD. REQUIREMENTS: Must have previous experience working as a Tandoori Chef. Excellent knowledge of operating and managing a tandoor. Must be skilled in preparing Indian breads, including naan, garlic naan, roti and other tandoori breads. Experience preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori dishes. Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy kitchen workplace. Must be able to work under the Head Chef and follow kitchen instructions. Reliable, hardworking and able to maintain high food-quality standards. Previous tandoor experience is essential.
