We are looking for passionate, qualified and experienced chefs to join our Indian restaurant team.

1. Chef

2. Tandoori Chef

Employment Details

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Working Hours: 38 hours per week

- Annual Salary: AUD $80,000 plus superannuation

- Location: Kangaroo Flat, VIC 3555

Requirements

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.

- Diploma of Hospitality Management.

- Minimum one year of relevant experience in an Indian restaurant.

- Robust knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.

- For Tandoori Chef: experience operating commercial tandoor ovens and preparing traditional tandoori dishes.





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

- Prepare curries, gravies, starters and tandoori specialities.

- Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.

- Manage food preparation, stock and kitchen cleanliness.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
