Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages to a high standard. Welcome customers, take drink orders, and provide friendly, professional customer service. Recommend beverages and suggest signature cocktails based on customer preferences. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area. Monitor stock levels, manage beverage inventory, and report shortages. Handle cash, EFTPOS transactions, and customer bills accurately. Follow responsible alcohol service requirements, including RSA regulations. Maintain hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards. Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service. Assist with bar setup, closing procedures,



and special events. Prepare garnishes, mixers, and ingredients before service. Deliver efficient service during busy periods while maintaining beverage quality. Required Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and a skilled presentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, as required in NSW.
