We are seeking an experienced, reliable and hardworking Commercial and Construction Cleaner to join our team. Previous experience in commercial cleaning and/or construction cleaning is essential. We are looking for someone who understands the demands of the cleaning industry and has hands-on experience delivering high-quality cleaning services across commercial premises, construction sites and newly completed developments.The ideal candidate must have: Proven experience in commercial and/or construction cleaning.Experience with builders’ cleans, final cleans, post-construction and handover cleans. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, chemicals and equipment. Experience cleaning windows, glass, frames, tracks, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and common areas. Ability to remove construction dust, paint residue, grout, silicone and other building-related debris safely and effectively. Understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements and safe chemical handling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet high cleaning standards.



Good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual cleaning duties. Reliable, punctual and professional attitude. Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when required. Additional requirements: Previous experience working on construction sites is highly regarded. White Card (Construction Induction Card) preferred or required for site-based work.Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.Flexible availability, including occasional early starts.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands quality expectations and can consistently deliver excellent results.
