About the Role

Base Disability is seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Western Sydney.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing quality, person-centred support and helping participants achieve greater independence.

This position offers flexible casual shifts based on participant needs and staff availability.

We are specifically seeking female support workers to meet individual participant preferences and personal care requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support participants with mobility, community access and independence.
- Assist participants with mental health and wellbeing.
- Follow individual support plans and participant goals.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and support documentation.
- Deliver respectful, person-centred disability support.

Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support,



Disability, Aged Care or equivalent.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Reliable, roadworthy and appropriately insured vehicle.
- Current National Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check.
- Infection Control Certificate.
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
