For the right candidates, there is a genuine opportunity to transition into permanent full-time employment.

We may also have opportunities for:

- Short-term casual positions – Approximately 4–6 months for hardworking backpackers or individuals seeking shorter-term employment.

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and use initiative.
- Flexibility to work additional paid overtime when required during busy periods.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves repetitive lifting, manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day.

Previous nursery experience is an advantage, but a great attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important!

Important Information

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position in a busy production nursery. Applicants must be comfortable with repetitive lifting, following instructions, working efficiently and maintaining a productive pace.

- We welcome applications from eligible working holiday makers.
- We do not provide accommodation.
- Applicants must hold a valid visa with appropriate Australian work rights.
- We DO NOT offer the visa extension program - ie the 88-days farm work.
