Farm Caretaker Opportunity - Beautiful Jamberoo Valley

FREE ACCOMMODATION IN EXCHANGE FOR FARM WORK (Beef Cattle Operation)

We are seeking a reliable, self motivated, and experienced Caretaking Couple - Family to live on site an assist with our beef cattle operation in the picturesque Jamberoo Valley. In exchange for your time and skills, we are offering comfortable, rent free housing on the property.

You will be living in a spacious, well maintained farm house that features:

* 3 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms ( ensuite to master )

* 2 Utility Rooms ( ideal for home office, sewing room or extra storage )

* 2 Car Garage

* Reverse cycle air cond, wood fireplace.

This position is structured as an equivalent work hours exchange. Instead of paying rent, you will contribute an agreed upon number of hours per week to assist with the daily running and maintenance of the beef cattle operation.

Livestock Care: Monitoring herd health, checking fences, moving cattle, and assisting with rotational grazing or feeding as required.

Property Maintenance:



Farm infrastructure maintenance (fencing, gates, water troughs) and general groundskeeping.

Farm Security: Maintaining a presence on the property to ensure security and animal welfare.

Previous experience handling beef cattle and operating farm machinery (motor bike, quad tractors, ATV) is highly desirable.

A practical, handy mindset with problem solving skills for minor farm repairs.

Reliable, honest and respectful of privacy and property boundaries.

Robust communication skills and a love for rural life.

References and a current driver's license are essential
