We're one of the Southern Highlands' busiest cafes and we need a barista who can hold the machine through a proper morning rush. THE ROLE: Dial in and run the machine through the 8–10am peak (35+ milk drinks a morning is normal); consistent milk, clean workflow, latte art a bonus; help the floor when the rush eases. YOU: 1+ years on a commercial machine in a busy cafe; quick without getting flustered; available for weekend mornings on a rotating roster. ON OFFER: Day shifts only — open 7am–3pm, your nights are yours; pay from $30/hr, more depending on capability; 30–40 hours a week — as many hours as you want; IMMEDIATE START; staff meal and coffee every shift; relocating?
