We are looking for an experienced or willing to learn, reliable and hardworking Sushi Roll Maker / Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and roll sushi, including inside-out rolls, hand rolls and sushi packs. * Cut, portion and present sushi neatly and consistently. * Prepare ingredients, including vegetables, seafood and fillings. * Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations. * Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness. * Work efficiently during busy service periods. * Assist with general kitchen duties as required.
