- Position: Front of House Staff

- Hours: Approximately 25–40 hours per week, depending on availability and roster requirements
- Location: Cranbourne North, VIC 3977
- Pay: Paid at or above the applicable award rate
- Superannuation: Paid in accordance with Australian requirements

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Front of House team member to join our restaurant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing good customer service, assisting customers with their orders and helping ensure the front-of-house area runs smoothly in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and providing friendly customer service
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Serving food and drinks to customers
- Assisting with takeaway and dine-in orders
- Keeping tables, counters and dining areas clean and tidy
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Handling customer enquiries and requests
- Assisting with packing takeaway orders




- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area
- Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently
- Following workplace hygiene and food safety procedures
- Assisting with other general restaurant duties as required

- Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right applicant
