Experienced Sushi Roll Maker Wanted – $27+/hr – Menai

We are looking for an experienced Sushi Roll Maker to join our team at a Japanese restaurant in Menai.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on sushi roll making experience.
- Must have fast hands and be able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
- Manual sushi roll making experience is essential.
- Experience working at places where sushi is made by machines will NOT be considered.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently.

Working Days:

- 3–5 days per week.
- Must be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Working Hours:

- 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM.
- 1-hour break during the day.

SIGNIFICANT:
You must be available to work the full hours listed above, from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM.





We are NOT looking for anyone who can only start in the afternoon or work partial shifts. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to these hours.

Pay Rate:

- Starting from $27 per hour.
- Higher rates negotiable depending on experience and skills.

Transportation:

- Car pick-up available near Lidcombe Station.
