Experienced Support Worker / Personal Carer Seeking Employer Sponsorship Hi, I’m Shihab, based in Perth and seeking a long-term chance in aged care or disability support with an employer willing to consider visa sponsorship. I am open to relocating to regional or remote areas across Australia. I have Australian experience as a Support Worker, Senior Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing, assisting clients with: • Personal care and daily living activities • Hoist transfers and mobility support • Dementia and disability support • Meal preparation and medication assistance within my role • Community access and transport My qualifications include Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Ageing Support, First Aid and CPR,



and an NDIS Worker Screening Check. I am also currently studying a Master of Counselling.
