The role
We’re growing and looking for reliable, warm and motivated Support Workers to join our casual team. You’ll support participants in their homes and community with:

- Personal care and daily living tasks
- Community access, outings and social participation
- Household tasks, meal prep and shopping
- Building independence and life skills
- Accurate shift notes and incident reporting

What we’re looking for
Must have:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (current, or willing to apply)
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (“Quality, Safety and You”)
- Full driver’s licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Right to work in Australia

Highly regarded:





- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Disability, or relevant experience
- Experience with complex needs, autism, psychosocial disability or behaviour support
- Languages other than English

Most of all: you’re patient, dependable and treat people with dignity.
