Nail Technician – Full-Time Top Nails Beauty Palace Shop 9, 5 Katherine Terrace, Katherine NT 0850 Top Nails Beauty Palace is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nail Technician to join our friendly and professional team in Katherine, Northern Territory. Key Duties • Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments, styles and care methods. • Assess clients’ nail conditions and provide appropriate advice on nail health and maintenance. • Perform professional manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, filing, cuticle care and removal of dead skin. • Apply gel polish and provide nail extension services using acrylic, SNS and Builder Gel. • Create a wide range of nail art designs, including French tips, ombre, marble, chrome, glitter, rhinestones and customised 3D designs. • Apply Builder Gel to strengthen natural nails and create lightweight nail extensions. • Provide appropriate after-care instructions and advice to clients. • Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional workspace, including sterilising tools and preparing fresh pedicure kits for each client. • Stay up to date with the latest nail techniques, products, designs and industry trends.



• Deliver friendly and professional customer service and work collaboratively with other team members. What we're looking for • Current qualifications or certification in beauty therapy, nail care or related beauty services, or equivalent relevant experience. • Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician. • Strong technical skills and attention to detail when performing nail treatments and services. • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients. • Good knowledge of workplace hygiene, health and safety requirements relevant to beauty and nail services. • Professional presentation and a genuine passion for the beauty industry. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment. • Solid skills in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylic, SNS, Builder Gel and nail art will be highly regarded.
