We are a Melbourne cleaning company looking for reliable, experienced end of lease cleaners to join our team of subcontractors. Most of our jobs are in the south-east and eastern suburbs, including Clayton, Forest Hill, Cheltenham, Dandenong, norble park and surrounding areas.

HOW OUR JOBS WORK

Before we accept a job, we assess the property first: its size, how dirty it is, and whether any additional services are needed on top of our standard end of lease checklist (for example walls, balconies, window tracks or heavy oven cleaning). Based on this assessment, we offer each job to our subcontractors at a set price, so you know what the job involves and what you will be paid before you accept it.

PAY

On average, our cleaners earn around $50 to $60 per hour (GST inclusive).



Your actual hourly rate depends on how efficiently you work.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 years of experience in end of lease / bond cleaning

- Valid ABN (this is a subcontractor role)

- Full Australian work rights

- Current National Police Check

- Your own car

- Your own vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and tools

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Reliable: you turn up when you say you will

- Punctual: you arrive on time and finish within the agreed timeframe

- Polite and professional with clients, agents and property managers

- Positive attention to detail

RE-CLEANS

If the client or property manager raises any cleaning issues after the inspection, the cleaner who completed the job must return to rectify the issues free of charge and as soon as possible.
