WE’RE HIRING Experienced Restaurant Manager Sree Flavours | Pendle Hill, Sydney Sree Flavours is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our Kerala and South Indian restaurant. Key responsibilities * Manage daily restaurant, tea counter, takeaway and delivery operations. * Lead, train and supervise staff to deliver friendly, efficient service. * Prepare staff rosters and coordinate duties during busy periods. * Work closely with the kitchen to maintain food quality and timely service. * Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. * Monitor stock, purchasing, food wastage and operating costs. * Oversee POS operations, cash handling and daily sales reporting. * Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards.



* Support promotions and initiatives to increase sales. What we’re looking for * Proven experience managing a busy restaurant. * Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills. * A practical approach and willingness to assist the team during service. * Experience with staff rostering, stock control and POS systems. * Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure. * Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays. * Knowledge of Kerala or South Indian cuisine is an advantage.
