Heng & Hurst is partnering with a global MedTech technology business to appoint a Country Manager – Australia & New Zealand.

This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity for an experienced sales leader who is ready to take broad ownership of an established ANZ business and play a key role in its next phase of growth.

Reporting to a global leader, you will lead the ANZ business across commercial performance, customer and partner relationships, team development and operational execution. The business is evolving its commercial model, creating an chance for the new Country Manager to shape how the ANZ market grows, works with its channel partners and engages with customers.

You will:

- Lead the ANZ commercial strategy and revenue performance.
- Build strong, senior relationships with distributors and strategic partners.
- Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- Develop and lead a high-performing local team.
- Strengthen customer experience and engagement.
- Work closely with global teams to translate strategy into local execution.
- Drive greater accountability, structure and commercial rigour across the business.
- Lead the evolution of the local marketing, education and customer experience functions.

This is a hands-on leadership role.



You will need to be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, making decisions, solving problems and staying close to the customer and commercial team.

We are looking for an experienced commercial and sales leader with a proven track record of building revenue, developing people and managing complex channel relationships.

Experience in MedTech / medical devices, Healthcare technology,B2B technology, Equipment or other channel-led businesses. Distributor/dealer experience is essential. We are particularly interested in commercial leaders who understand how to influence and grow a business through partners.

- Proven distributor/channel management capability.
- Experience with business planning, forecasting and budgets.
- Strong commercial judgement and financial understanding.
- The ability to turn strategy into clear execution.

- The resilience to operate effectively in a fast-moving and changing environment.

You might currently be a Sales Director, Commercial Director, Business Unit Director or Country Manager ready to take broader ownership of an ANZ business.
