With a premium portfolio and strong relationships across aesthetic clinics, this is an opportunity to contribute to creative products and drive commercial growth across Victoria.

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on driving commercial performance across an established injectables portfolio.
Perfect for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action, you'll work closely with the sales team and aesthetic clinics, healthcare professionals to deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen customer engagement and support business growth.

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Develop practical sales tools, clinical education materials and promotional resources to empower the BDM team.
- Plan and execute EDMs and targeted digital campaigns to engage clinics and drive sales.
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions and brand initiatives across the injectables portfolio.




- Collaborate with Sales, Medical and Education to deliver effective, compliant marketing materials.
- Build relationships with clinicians and clinic owners to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Support BDM onboarding and training across product knowledge, positioning and brand messaging.

The successful candidate will have:

- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years' marketing experience, with a strong track record of delivering campaigns and sales tools.
- Essential B2B2C experience, ideally marketing through professional or clinical channels.
- Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals, dental or allied health.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to support sales training and product education.
