As a Territory Manager, you’ll build lasting relationships, provide expert support, and make a meaningful difference in patient care through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach.

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, this role will require you to:

- Develop key account plans aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
- Establish call cycles and plans for maximum productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining current customer relationships.




- Identify strategic customer issues and foster mutually beneficial partnerships through education and support.
- Work autonomously and in a self-directed/self-motivated way.

To be successful in this role you need:

- Proven track record in sales and key account management within medical devices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Robust organisational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence.

A clinical or nursing background would be beneficial for this role, but not a deal breaker. However, having a passion for patient outcomes is definitely needed. This is a great role for someone looking to take full ownership of what they do and manage their own business.
