Role Description

Fortis Risk Solutions is looking for an experienced General Insurance Senior Account Executive / Senior Insurance Broker, to join our rapidly growing team. Primarily assisting across Business Insurance portfolios, the right candidate will have the potential to develop knowledge and skills in more complex risks including financial line products.

Duties Include

- All aspects of client servicing, Mid-Market, SME and Domestic client based portfolio
- Arrange renewals, endorsements, new business quotations and claims
- Convert New Business leads by providing tailored insurance solutions
- Provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers and internal/external stakeholders
- Communicate with clients through emails and inbound/outbound calls
- Negotiate insurance policy terms with Insurers and Underwriting Agency
- Provide comprehensive risk management advice and insurance to clients
- Take the ownership of the portfolio and seek growing opportunities




- Assist larger client accounts under the Director's guidance

Requirements

- Diploma of Insurance broking desirable, as Tier 1 qualification as minimum
- INSIGHT, SCTP and Sunrise Experience
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as an account manager and assistant broker
- Friendly and productive communication manner, with colleagues across the business
- Strong relationship in the industry with insurers and underwriters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment
- Supervising capability and leadership potential
- English & Mandarin Bi-lingual Speaking is preferred
