We are currently seeking experienced specialist profiles to strengthen our public-sector project proposal in South Australia. We are looking for experienced professionals with relevant Australian public-sector experience to join the team.

Depending on candidate backgrounds, we are looking for the following profiles:

Profile 1: Australian Regulatory / Field Workforce Specialist

Role Focus: Regulatory operations, inspector field-force management, compliance functions, and public-sector operational governance.

Location: Based in South Australia (preferably Adelaide).

Profile:

- Direct experience working with Australian government regulators, inspector operations, compliance functions, and mobile or field-based workforces.
- Solid familiarity with South Australian public-sector operations, policy frameworks, and regulatory environments.
- Track record in optimizing field workforce deployment, regulatory enforcement frameworks, and operational compliance workflows.

Profile 2: Senior Operating Model / Management Consulting Lead

Role Focus: Organizational design, operating model transformation, public-sector strategy, and implementation roadmapping.

Location: Based in South Australia (preferably Adelaide) or willing to travel on-site as needed. Profile:

- Extensive background in organizational design, operating-model transformation, operational improvement, and public-sector management consulting.
- Proven ability to lead comprehensive current-state assessments, design target future operating models, and deliver actionable strategic implementation roadmaps.
- Demonstrated capability in executive stakeholder management across government agencies.

Profile 3: Operational & Financial Modelling Consultant

Role Focus: Financial feasibility modeling,



cost-benefit analysis (CBA), workforce costing, and business case development.

Location: South Australia based (preferred) or Australian hybrid.

Profile:

- Solid experience in cost-benefit analysis, public-sector business cases, complex financial modeling, and workforce expenditure analysis.
- Proven capability to evaluate financial feasibility and operational implications of alternative operating models.
- Experience driving efficiency and resource allocation optimization across government functions.

Additional Desirable Capabilities (Cross-Profile Alignment)

- Workforce & Change Management: Experience in workforce planning, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training delivery.
- Business Analysis & Performance Evaluation: Background in trial evaluations, process mapping, KPI development, performance benchmarking, and operational data analysis.
- Fleet, Property & WHS: Expertise in fleet utilization, facility/property requirements, field-based operations safety, and Australian Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) compliance.
