We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow BGP Group’s client base and recurring revenue. You will own recent business from first conversation to signed contract, and work closely with our team to achieve these goals.

New business and pipeline

- Identify, prospect and win new clients across education, aged care, commercial and government sectors
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline in the CRM, with accurate forecasting
- Run outbound campaigns: calls, email, LinkedIn, events and referral partnerships
- Find, qualify and respond to tenders, including NSW Government ICT Services Scheme and AusTender opportunities

Solution selling

- Lead discovery meetings to understand client goals, pain points and budgets
- Work with our engineers to scope and price solutions across managed IT, networks and WiFi, Microsoft 365 and cyber security
- Prepare clear proposals, quotes and presentations, and negotiate to close
- Position recurring managed services agreements alongside project work
