The Opportunity

- Multiple sites to choose from, with locations to suit your preferred area - across Northern, Central and Southern Suburbs
- Manage one site, overseeing up to 26 structural steel, single-storey homes per stage
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and day-to-day site activities
- Manage construction schedules and maintain an efficient workflow
- Ensure homes are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Maintain strong communication, quality control and site safety standards

About You
We are open to speaking with experienced Site Supervisors / Site Managers, as well as candidates earlier in their Site Supervisor career who have the right attitude, work ethic and drive to succeed.

- Experience across double-brick, timber or structural steel residential construction
- Ambitious and motivated,



with a desire to progress your career
- Reliable, organised and proactive in your approach
- Confident coordinating trades and managing day-to-day site activities
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with a builder where you can grow and develop your career
