Finishes Foreman needed

Your new company
An established construction and development business delivering a premium residential project on the Gold Coast. With a strong focus on quality, design and high-end finishes, they are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the site team through the internal finishes and completion stages.
Your new role

- Manage and coordinate internal finishes and fit-out trades
- Drive subcontractors to achieve programme and quality requirements
- Conduct quality inspections and manage defects
- Coordinate sequencing of trades through finishing stages
- Monitor progress and assist with short-term programming
- Work closely with the Site Manager, project team and subcontractors
- Assist with practical completion, defect management and handover

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman, Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Strong experience across high-rise residential,



apartments or high-end construction
- Strong eye for detail and quality
- Excellent subcontractor coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work to programme in a fast-paced site setting
