Your new role
As a Solution Architect, you’ll help deliver a large-scale campaign modernisation programme, with a strong focus on digital integration and marketing technology.
This is a hands-on architecture role where you’ll:

- Design solutions across Braze, Pega, Segment, Apigee and APIs
- Architect integrations across digital, email, SMS and push channels
- Work closely with engineering and integration teams to solve complex technical issues
- Produce architecture designs and guide them through governance
- Support the Lead Architect across solution design, integration and delivery

What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong Solution Architecture experience across applications and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Braze is highly desirable
- Experience with Segment and/or Pega would be valuable
- Strong knowledge of APIs,



Apigee and integration patterns
- Previous involvement in a campaign, MarTech or similar transformation
- Good understanding of data and scalable architecture
- A practical, delivery-focused approach with the ability to work across technical teams and senior stakeholders

Telecommunications experience is advantageous but not essential.
