The Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience and Security Officer.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our members and guests, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. You will play an important role in maintaining a safe and positive environment.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and remains calm and confident when dealing with challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests at all times.
- Create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment throughout the Club.
- Assist members and visitors with enquiries and provide information about Club facilities and services.
- Monitor and maintain Club entry requirements.
- Build positive relationships with members, guests, and colleagues through professional and respectful interactions.
- Identify and respond appropriately to any incidents when required.
- Support Duty Managers and operational teams in maintaining a safe venue.




- Assist in the management of customer-related issues through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.

About You

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and confident under pressure.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, security, or a similar customer-facing environment will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements:

- Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
- Current NSW RCG Competency Card.
- Current Class 1A Security Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Full working rights within Australia.
