Plenti Group seeks a Business Development Manager to drive commercial lending growth across Victoria, building solid, long-term broker partnerships and expanding Plenti's market presence in commercial asset finance.

You will identify new broker relationships, grow lending volumes, and collaborate with the Relationship Manager to develop targeted growth strategies, including expansion into new asset classes such as machinery and equipment.
