DoorDash is seeking a Team Lead, Customer Support to lead our APAC support team, ensuring rapid, effective and empathetic assistance for hospitality operators. In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, develop our support representatives, and uphold our high service standards.

You will act as a player-coach, directly supporting customers when needed while empowering the team with knowledge and resources to resolve issues.
