Petit Crenn Melbourne, the flagship cafe and wine bar under Three-Michelin starred Dominique Crenn, is hiring an F&B; Supervisor. You will lead the breakfast service and support the F&B; team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at this renowned Melbourne venue.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will conduct briefings, coach staff, manage rosters, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams to drive service excellence and sales.
