ARRCS is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join the Specialist Dementia Care Unit, delivering safe, respectful, person-centred care to residents with severe dementia.

You will support daily living activities, observe changes, and implement non-pharmacological strategies under supervision of clinical staff, contributing to residents’ dignity and quality of life in a specialist setting.
