St Jude's Health Care Group in Rockingham is seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist clients within the NDIS funding framework, helping them achieve goals, increase independence and participate in the community. You will support people with disability and/or psychosocial needs, enabling daily living and promoting positive behaviours and skill development.

The role involves outings, personal care, light domestic duties, and liaising with families.
