Delivery Driver (Specialist) - Coffs Harbour - NSW

About the role

As the Delivery Driver (Specialist), you will play a crucial role in our delivery services, movement/storage of product, loading and unloading of trucks and containers as well as the delivery of mobility equipment such as lift chairs, scooters and walking frames to private houses or aged care facilities and assist in setting up the equipment and demonstrating to the customer as required, all whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Setting up and demonstrating the equipment to the customer as required
- Deliver excellence in customer service
- Clean returned hire stock in line with company policy
- Receive and dispatch stock
- Unpacking, labelling, and storing of goods
- Pick and pack products for delivery
- Process transport consignments
- Undertake specialised deliveries and pickups of Assistive Technology and mobility aids to and/or from private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals

About you

- Unrestricted drivers licence




- Have a Forklift licence (or willing to obtain one)
- Excellent computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Physically fit for manual work
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and compassion in all customer interactions
- Police clearance or willingness to obtain one
- NDIS worker check or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of Covid vaccination and current flu
