ARRCS is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join a Specialist Dementia Care Unit in Western Australia, delivering protected, respectful, person-centred care to residents with severe dementia. You’ll work under the Clinical Nurse Manager and Registered Nurse to support dignity, independence and wellbeing.
In this role you’ll assist with daily living, observe changes, document care plans and apply non-pharmacological strategies.
