Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leaders across Harvey Fresh and Forrestdale to drive business performance and foster a high-engagement culture.

Based at our Industrial Factory in Harvey, this hands-on role reports to the Site Manager and provides strategic HR support, employee relations guidance, and industrial negotiations across the sites. Adaptable work arrangements may be considered.
