Thisrolesitsfirmlywithintheaccountingdomain.YoumustunderstandAustralianbookkeepingandmanagementaccountingfundamentals.However,thisisnotastandaloneclientaccountantrole.

Yourfocuswillbe:

- Operationalexecution
- Workflowcoordination
- Systemmanagement
- Capacityoversight

Thisisanindependentcontributorroleforsomeonewhothrivesinstructuredenvironments,respectssystems,andknowhowtoimproveefficiencywithoutdisruptingoperationalstability.

KeyResponsibilities

- Organise,assign,track,andmonitortasksthroughClickUp.
- Monitorteamcapacityandensureworkisdeliveredaccordingtoclientagreementsanddeadlines.
- MaintainorganiseddocumentationandfilingsystemswithinGoogleWorkspace.
- AssisttheCEOwithoperationalplanning,prioritisation,summaries,andinternalinitiatives.
- Trackactionitemsandensuretasksarefollowedthroughandcompleted.
- Conductpreliminaryqualitycheckson
