Mercor is seeking a Corporate Development Expert for a remote contract role. You will own live M&A; processes, build advanced valuation and merger models, and draft term sheets and IOIs. Compensation is $85–$100 per hour.

You will work asynchronously to run diligence, screening, and board-ready analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams while delivering high-quality transactions from start to finish.
