Job Description

This short-term assignment provides high-level executive support to the Director of Clinical Services and the Director of Midwifery and Nursing, ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations, stakeholder communication and administrative functions., * Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior executives within a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, appointments and executive commitments.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes, agendas and meeting documentation.
- Manage incoming communications, prioritising and responding to enquiries as appropriate.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation of papers, minute-taking and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive team.
- Support travel, accommodation and event coordination as required.

About the Candidate

- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant ideally within Dept of Health
