Respect, Masters Lodge in Hervey Bay is seeking casual Personal Care Assistants to join the care team at our aged care community. This casual role offers flexible schedule and the opportunity to work across a range of shifts as needed to support our residents.

You will work under the direction of the senior clinical team to provide compassionate personal care, support, and assistance to residents, promoting wellbeing, dignity and independence within a collaborative care team.
