Youthworks is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director for the Year 13 program, a year-long discipleship initiative for school leavers. The role focuses on leadership, recruitment, chaplaincy, training, and programming to equip young people in following Jesus and serving others.

The successful candidate will have formal training and proven experience in childrens/youth/young adult ministry, solid leadership, and a passion for the Anglican Youthworks vision.
