Your Key Responsibilities

As the Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:

- Create a safe, inclusive space - Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
- Stay organised and vigilant - Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety
- Empower your team - Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
- Inspire young minds - Design and deliver engaging,



educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
- Live the values - Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
- Build robust community ties - Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
- Certification in Child Protection Training.
- Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
- Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.
