Konekt is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals facing injury, health or mental health challenges. You will deliver personalized rehabilitation and employment plans, conduct assessments, and work with employers and healthcare partners to enable sustainable participation in work and life.

You’ll run face-to-face sessions across Sunshine Coast locations, facilitate workshops, monitor progress and adjust strategies to achieve meaningful outcomes.
