Infinite Aged Care Cornubia is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our not-for-profit team. Enjoy a Monday–Friday roster with afternoon shifts (2:00pm–10:00pm) and meaningful impact on resident care and team development.

You will lead clinical care delivery, oversee care plans, mentor nursing and care staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best‑practice, compliant care aligned with person‑centred values.
