Life Without Barriers in Geelong is seeking two experienced Therapeutic Residential Care House Managers to lead a team and oversee daily operations of the Geelong program. You will mentor residential care workers and provide purposeful support to young people with high and complex needs in a trauma-informed setting.
You will work to create a secure, nurturing home, coordinate care plans, manage rosters, and liaise with external services, while upholding probity checks and safety standards.
