Sydney Showground in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen during daily operations and major events. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will drive menu development, mentor a casual kitchen team, and ensure exceptional quality and presentation.

You will manage stock, control food and labour costs, and enforce rigorous food safety standards in a quick-paced events environment.
