Integrated Care Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Clinical Nurse (Cardiac Rehabilitation Coordinator) to join Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. You will support patients on their recovery journey after cardiac events, helping them improve heart health, build confidence and achieve better long‑term outcomes.

In this role you will coordinate rehabilitation care, provide education and empower patients to adopt healthier lifestyles.
