RP Infrastructure is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to act as an HR Generalist supporting the full employee lifecycle. You will report to the CPO, build solid relationships with stakeholders, and ensure employment compliance while driving strategic people initiatives.
You will contribute to wellbeing, learning and development, and reward programs, while maintaining HR data accuracy across systems and engaging in workforce planning and advisory services for line managers.
