The Customer Services Manager role sits at the heart of IWG's expanding global organisation in Australia. You will be responsible for all aspects of your centre's performance, with the autonomy to run it like your own business and lead a small, customer-focused team.

Your daily duties include delivering world-class service, upselling to customers, guiding tours for prospective clients, and driving customer loyalty to turn visitors into brand ambassadors for you and IWG.
