St Hilda’s School on the Gold Coast is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join the ICT team and provide Level 1/2 helpdesk support for staff and students. You will configure devices across Windows and Apple environments and assist with AV support during assemblies and events.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years’ IT helpdesk experience, familiarity with Intune, JAMF or SCCM, and strong communication skills in a faith-based girls’ school setting. The role is full time and onsite.
